WKVT Radio - Green Mountain Mornings Podcast: "Voices Carry" August 10, 2017 Members of Carry Me Home and CIYOTA join together for documentary film screening and discussion about helping displaced youth in Uganda at the Hooker-Dunham Theater. Listen here.

As someone closely aligned with the Kyangwali Refugee community and the arena of supporting East African refugees featured in Sauti (Voice), I appreciated the integrity of the film. Sauti (Voice) truly honored and conveyed the real lives of the people of the Kyangwali community, especially the lives of young girls and women.

Sauti (Voice) is a beautiful and moving film which portrays the beautiful dignity of the people of Kyangwali Refugee Settlement and captures the true voices of young female East African refugees coming of age in a protracted situation.
